Thanks for your help!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!
There is NOT a Sega CD emulator!!!!!!
Unless someone figured out how to emulate the SegaCD and the Sega Genesis
AT THE SAME TIME it's not possible!
There is just too much to handle when dealing with the multi-processor
Sega CD. It's like trying to emulate a Playstation on a Game Boy. PC's
(for that matter, any computer) don't have the processing power to do all
that.
So, NO there is NOT a Sega CD emulator.

Hmmm. Considering you could simply put a Sega CD disc IN YOUR CD PLAYER, I
don't see why you'd have to copy it to a hard drive. CD tranfers are
reasonably fast.
As for it really existing, answer me these 2 questions:
1. How can any computer emulate two MC68000's and a Z80 and a VDP in REAL TIME??
2. Since having a Genesis is essential to the Sega CD, why hasn't the author
of the "real" Sega CD emulator also release the Genesis emulator that would
*have* to accompany it???
Oh, and how come NO ONE has this program to begin with? I'd like a
filename!! (segacd.fake? scd.fake.zip??) Why don't you send it to me??
IT DOES NOT EXIST.
And if it does, i'll eat my words. But it doesn't.

Well, that's one of my problems...I don't remember! ARGH!!
I say it and checked it out, but becuase of the requirments I kinda
set it aside and forgot about it. I recently re-installed my whole
system (about 2 months ago) and I lost the Bookmark...I have been
hitting myself quite frequently the past few days for doing so.

Belive me it is a hoax. I have every emulator available for every
system (available) and the Sega CD emu does not work. The source code
for that emu is tiny (smaller then the Genesis emu even). And it
doesn't do a thing. First of all, even the best Genesis emu available,
runs like udder crap (slow, slow, slowwww + CHOPPY!) even on a 166 or
200MhZ Pent. I should know, I have tried :)

I can think of a machine that could emulate it easily: the Saturn. Sega?
Hello?
Anyone know what this "X-tender N64" is that EB lists as a SNES coming release?
If this is a SNES emulator for N64, I predict their market dominance.
Bill Spencer
It sounds like a controller extension cord.

Basically, not everyone owns a SCD (or a Genny for that matter) Also, I'd
personally like as many emulators as possible just so I could cut down my
overall system clutter...
Always remember,
Real faith is objective

Curious, what is the excitement for emulators, especially for a SegaCD
emulator for Saturn or SNES emulator for N64? I doubt they could
retail for much less than the real article. If you don't already have
the old system, a used one can be obtained inexpensively (I got a SNES
last year used for $25) and the new ones aren't that expensive either.
So what is the big deal? I would rather have the game companies
working on new games for us to play and not waste development
time/money on ways for us to play old games. Also, a lot of the good
old games for the old systems aren't readily available anymore.
