Panzer Dragoon II is a must have for any Saturn owner. Nights is also a must
buy. RPG's are a little tough to come by right now...wait for Lunar...try
Shining Wisedom or Legend of Oasis (I think that's the name of it). That's
all I can think of right now. Oh! I've got one more, Iron Storm...it's a
WW II sim...very good. later.

My suggestions....

1) Since you like RPGs, pick up either Legend of Oasis or Shining Wisdom.
Both are great action RPGs, and you need at least one of them in your
gaming library. SW has more Zelda-like overworld exploration, LoO has
better graphics as opposed to SW's colorful Japanese style look.

2) As for strategy, Iron Storm is a military sim kind of like Panzer
General. If that's not your thing, Command and Conquer is coming
apparently before the end of the year.

3) Action - Nights. It will be out this week (Tuesday I think). It is
being compared to people's first experience with Sonic. Wonderful game.
beautiful graphics. I would get the game with the special analog
controller (which can be used with other games) for $20 more. The
controller costs like $40 by itself.

There are my suggestions. If you decide to look at other categories,
Night Warriors is an excellent fighter; Sega Rally is a good racing game;
and Bust-a-Move 2 (out in Japan) is about to be released in the US. It's
my favorite puzzle game of all time. Good luck and enjoy your Saturn....

Iron Storm(war simulation)
Dragon Force(more simulation than RPG, don't know if it's good, but I'm
buying it when it comes out, looks good though)
Magic Knight Rayearth(action/RPG, don't know when it'll come out, it's a
must buy)

Whole bunch of other RPG's are coming this year but these games are either
already out or is coming very soon. I highly recommand Iron Storm and
Rayearth though.

RPGs: Well, the ones to really wait for aren't out yet, so far the
only ones relatively easy to find are Shining Wisdom and Legend of
Oasis. Wait until November or so this year for Magic Knight Rayearth,
which will be THE RPG this winter.

Shooters: Don't like these, don't know much about them, I do hear
that Panzer II is excellent though.

Strategy games: IRON STORM, IRON STORM, and IRON STORM. Need I say
more? :)

If you like action games, Astal is a really good game (a bit simplistic
in control, but fantastic graphics and music, plus, despite the limited
moves, a really fun game to play.

Lunar's a bit far off, but that's one (or three) to look forward to...

Magic Knight and Dragnforce are, as Isamu said, looking to be really
good.

I was prepared to hate Iron Storm after looking at the drab graphics
during the hex scenes, but that game is really, really addictive..

Anyways, just my opinion :)
