Does anyone remember this awesome game? IMO, it was the greatest
strategy game ever brought to any console. Does anyone know if there
are any plans to make a Saturn version? If there aren't, who do I
need to harrass to get it done? Or, if you just want to reminisce,
that's fine, too. E-mail or post with replies. Thanks.

Oh yeah, do I remember that game! First strategy RPG (sorta) that I
ever played on my Genesis. Still have my copy... The game was called
Langrisser in Japan (I'm not sure if Warsong was part 1 or 2, though) ,
and there is a Langrisser 3 scheduled to be released sometime in the next
few months in Japan. Haven't seen much beyond a few screen shots and
some of the character designs (which were done by Urushihara (I might be
off on the spelling there), who also did the character designs for the
game Warsong/Langrisser). What I've seen looks good...for a similar
type of game, though, you might want to look at Dragon Force (WD is
supposed to be translating this one).

I still own and play it. The game rocks. Can't wait to see if WD will
release Langrisser 3 for the Saturn, here's hoping.

I don't agree Lungrisser was the greatest strategy game.
Lungrisser II is! ;]

BTW, you might want to check my Langrisser web page which contains
Langrisser III information:

Latest news said the game maybe postphoned. :(

CT Yen.
