Here you go:

>Terra Phantasia(SOJ) - No word. S/RPG, and just *ok*, I'm too exhausted
with BIG Strategy and S/RPG's to do an *ok* one.

>Riglord Saga 2(SOJ) - SOA is taking, I believe.

>Shining The Holy Ark(Sonic) - SOA is taking, I believe. Otherwise..Um...
no comment.

>Apocalypse 4(Hudson Soft) - Um....no comment.

>Air's Adventure(Game Studio) - No Word. I'm concerned about the non-
interface.

>Tactic's Ogre(Quest) - No word.

>Ogre Battle(Quest) Sucks BAD. Exactly like the SNES game of 3-4 yrs ago,
right down to the now terrible sounding voice samples. Someone's after it,
but I pity their idiocy, and will not embarrass them here with a name.

These are being ported by SOA.

WD is porting these 2.

Now Vic, what about Langrisser 3? Anybody pick that up? It was the number
one game in Japan for awhile so it must be worth a WD port!!!

I recently read that L3 has *40* scenarios...I'm going to cry if this game
never shows up stateside.

Is it me, or does it seem from his post that Mr. Ireland was sporting a
wickedly devilish smile concerning these two? >;)

Does "Um... No comment" stand for "I will do this if I can get it"?

In the case of Lunar 2 and Grandia, there's not much question, now is there?

The SNES game of 3-4 years ago is still much sought after in
rec.games.video.marketplace. I liked this game.
Saying Ogre Battle sucks is.... well.... way out of line.
The updated version may suck but the SNES version....
Way out of line.

When you QUOTE me, DON'T change the QUOTE. I did NOT (as I remember),
SAY "Ogre Battle (Quest)," as the person was asking about the SS version
which is Riverhill Soft (masters of all ports that are crap). RS was SO
lazy they didn't update the in-game voice samples, didn't put spoken
narration before battles, didn't add any animation, didn't do ANYTHING to
take advantage of the CD. They DID add some speech IN the game DURING
the battle, but it is just plain annoying, since it slows the gameplay
down.

The SNES (actually I have the Super Fami version) version is a classic
game (English translation aside). That SAME game 4 years later for $60
is just plain embarrassing. The game has aged. I hold more hope for
Tactics Ogre, since it's newer.

I have the PSX version of Ogre battle. It has, redone voices that sound crystal clear, incredible new
graphics effects, more zooming options, redone music. I don't know about the saturn version.
Oh, and Ogre battle will allways be a great game!
