In course 11 (wet-dry world), in order to go to Town for the red coins, I need
to open the cannon hatch on the middle tower with two yellow arrows on it? But, the problem is that I cannot get up to the orange platform where the bob-omb guysits on. The closest thing to this is the wooden platform when raising the water level to a maximum. But there is not much space to do a triple jump. Even the
backflip won't get me there. What am I doing wrong? Thanks...

There's 2 ways to get to him.
1) In front of the painting to enter the world, stand two tiles away
from it, facing away from it. Crouch down and hit jump. That will
backflip you into the highest part of the painting. Then he's easy to
get after that.
2) You can jump in on any water level. Hit all the rainbow diamonds
to make the water level the highest it can go. You'll notice it isn't
high enough to reach him with a double jump. So what you can do is
use the sideways flip. Get up on the wooden platform just below the
bomb. Stand at the edge closest to the bomb. Quickly run the other
way, and then quickly turn back towards him and hit the jump button.
He'll make it up to the bomb no problem.

You can either do a running double jump, or raise the water yet higher
by entering the stage with one of the higher jumps.
