They ahven't even released FF3 yet!
Perhaps you mean Dragon Warrior V? This one is for the SNES and is scheduled
for Summer 1994 release (according to the most recent ENIX newsletter.)

No, he meant Final Fantasy V.
Final Fantasy IV in Japan is Final Fantasy II in the US.
Final Fantasy V in Japan will be Final Fantasy III in the US (and this
game kicks, folks :)
