The Twin Galaxies Intergalactic Scoreboard is "the Official
Scoreboard for the World of Videogame and Pinball Playing."

Since 1982, Twin Galaxies has been compiling scores and organizing
contests which have appeared on national shows like ABC-TV's
"That's Incredible" and "Entertainment Tonight."

Twin Galaxies' high-score charts were carried by the Guinness Book
of World Records in the 1984, 1985, and 1986 editions.

During each of many years since 1982, Twin Galaxies has hosted two
major contests: "The Videogame Masters Tournament" is a high-score
contest on hundreds of current and classic games; The "North
American Videogame Challenge" is an invitation only
"player-of-the-year" contest featuring competition between
hand-picked players. To be considered as a contestant you must
register your scores with Twin Galaxies.

Many magazines, newspapers and news services regularly ask for our
high-score charts in order to publish the top scores achieved on
today's hottest games. To be included in these top score lists you
must register your scores with Twin Galaxies.

To submit your scores on arcade or homegames, fill out the following
information and send to:
Twin Galaxies
P.O. Box 1556
Fairfield, Iowa 52556
(515) 472-3882

Player Information: Name, address, birthdate, today's date

Game Information: Name of Game, Name of Arcade, (except if homegame)

e-mail address

All score submissions must include photograph of final screen
showing score. Three witnesses must sign the submission verifying
that they saw you achieve the score. Also, the attendant of the
arcade location must sign, too. These four signatures are imperative
for the score to be accepted.

Our Twin Galaxies Web site is now under construction! It will enable
you to obtain up-to-date high score charts for any game. Be sure to
send us your e-mail address so that we may notify you when the site
is up and running! E-mail to walte...@fcsmtp.mum.edu.

If you would like to be a correspondent for the scoreboard and
function as an official witness for high-score attempts in your
area, contact Walter Day at Twin Galaxies (515) 472-3882.
