On the 2nd floor of the site of civilization, there is a puzzle that
goes; 12, 52, ? Although greater in size, its equivalent is the same in
time. I'm really stuck. Thanx.

What kind of time would have 12=52?
well, what in time comes in groups of 12? hours in a day? but there is no
connection between a day and 52.
12 months in a year? hmm... there are 52 weeks in a year also.
that's 12-52-?
try breaking down a year into a number of units that number something you
can make from the digits 1-6
