Yes. Don't post binaries to non-binaries groups!

Some Codies games have a much larger slot to plug a second cart into to
use its key-chip, but this doesn't seem to be one of them. I wonder what
it is?
*goes to look*

It looks like your missing something. I've got a few cartridges like that
by camerica, and there's supposed to be a little switch. The label on the
back of my carts says:
Patent pending
Do not drop. Do not get wet. Do no leave in direct sunlight.
------ Position B. Only use this position if the game does not work
with position A.
|
| --- Position A.
| |
The lines point to the switch.

It might. You cart may have simply lost its label but I still think
it's the A-B switch.

I think it's still a form of A-B switch but using a jumper pack rather
than a physical switch. Kind of unusual. I have a number of Camerica
games (not Micro Machine though) that I could open up and compare the
compoment with yours if you get it open.

What, pray tell, might the difference be between 'A' and 'B'?
(Is it something to do with the Alladin?)

I'll try to get her open this weekend, should post by tuesday

Doesn't seem to be anything more than a different type of lockout
bypass. Most NES will work with games with switch set to A but a few
NES might prevent the Camerica game from working so setting the switch
to B often worked.
