Actually I think that most of us (in both groups) are ignoring the idiotic
"____ RULEZ" and "____ SUCKS" messages. (There have been a number of
anti-Sega messages in rgvs too.)
The only people who might enjoy messages like that are the idiots who
might post them. Fortunately they're a minority, albeit a loud minority.

I certainly don't think it's the best thing in the world, and even if I
did, why would that make me an asshole?
The next time I turn on my nintendo, which at this rate will be sometime
in June, I'm afraid I'll be playing FFIII, not DKC, sorry to disapoint you.

I get a little sick of mindless system bashing. If you don't like the

All this is something I cannot agree with.. every system can be good or
bad depending on the games. I mean, if you compare ANY, (and I mean any
at ALL) game with Super Mario World, you could probably see a BIG
difference in quality and someone would say NINTENDO SUCKS! just because
all they have seen is SMW. Now, on the other hand, if you compare, oh, i
dunno, say, SONIC, to something like, oh, I dunno, DONKEY KONG COUNTRY,
you could say the exact same thing towards Sega like, GENISIS SUCKS! So,
of anyone want to say something is better, don't judge the damn system
but instead the stupid games that might come out of them. That's my two
cents.

Actually, and unfortunately, I don't believe that the 3DO group is as immune
to this type of thing as you would like to believe. In fact, it is probably
just as bad. All the groups have this type of falming going on, it just
seems to have picked up recently, especially here in the r.g.v.n group.
It doesn't help of course that it seems to be responded to most here in this
group as well. =-/ It just kinda adds fuel to the fire.

Yikes... Phil, I'd say 3DO is probably better than the SNES in just about
every way, considering how much later it was released. There already
seems to be a bitter rivalry between Sega and Nintendo fans, do we really
want to start one with 3DO users?
