The items you mentioned must be obtained before you defeat the Gemini
Brothers. Giving the Fragment to the wizard in Heskalan will get you lots
of Goth. Each of the other items can be sold for much,or traded for other
items before the stage is cleared.

You can't get the Map unless you have a low reputation. Then go to
Plinspor before clearing the stage and the pirates will give you the
Saga,which is the most valuable object in the stage(sell it!).

As for the Statue,how did you get that? You need the Song of Sodoh,which
I could never get. It seems you have to have a low reputation to get
this.
