Well, my friend, I have to disagree with you! As a Final Fantasy
maniac, I have to say the best rpg by Square is the upcoming Final
Fantasy IV (or VII in Japan) for Ultra 64. Believe me.
but how do you know? have you ever see the picture or any thing yet???
Welp not to knock down CT since it truely is a great game, but Secret of
Mana 2 looks better.

I'm afraid I must disagree that Chrono Trigger is the better than Final Fantasy. As good as it is, both the story and character deve=
lopment are well below the standard of FFVI(III). You don't care for the characters (and there are also a lot less of them) as you d=
o in FF.
Don't get me wrong, Chrono Trigger is a great Square RPG and the time travel premise works well, but it's no FF beater.
Also it takes a lot less time to complete. We're talking Mana times here. Less than 30 hours.
Graphics-wise, Chrono Trigger isn't any better than FF either. A bit more colourful and cartoony maybe, but they don't generate the =
same atmosphere as FF.

While CT is out, (sigh... one month...) it will be the best dang RPG
Square's done for the SNES. Obviously when FF4 comes out for U64, it'll
be better. And there will be games coming out later which are even
better. Right now the best is FF3, and soon it will be CT...
Don't get ahead of yourself...

Do you have any info? I've heard about how excellent/amazing/outstanding
it is, but...what is the game about? Anyone? Please?
Is it worth shelling out the $65+ it will cost? (remembering FF3 was $70, and
FF2 was also at the top end when it came out)
