BOF2: Cooking Contest?

I am stuck. I just finished the cooking contest and Jean's sister
went somewhere using a secret elevator in the bathroom.
I used it and jumped into the buckets but all it brought
me to was the place where you get the gold fly.

What am I supposed to do?

Turn right after you are carried down by the bathroom
elevator.

go to the center of the control room to stop the Jean's sister to
switch on the exposion , and, fight with the fake Prince.
You must prepare much herb or heal item before going in.
It's a very tough place and no save game here anymore.
