(Yahoo! Tech) - This holiday season's biggest entertainment
blockbuster could easily rake in more than last year's
record $155 million opening weekend for "The Dark Knight."

But this blockbuster is not a movie.

It is "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2," a video game that
Activision Blizzard Inc. is releasing Tuesday (Amazon.com:
http://xrl.us/CallDutyMW2 ). Fans worldwide are expected to
spend at least half a billion dollars on the game in the
first week.

That would at least match last year's "Grand Theft Auto

I'm already planning on getting all my work done on Monday so I can play
all freaking day Tuesday.

Of course, if someone around here would break street date today, that
would be good, too. :)

12 of my friends in my XBOX LIVE friends list already have the game
from UK retailers.

They love to rub it in my face.

But it gives me time to level up my Borderlands character and play the
L4D2 demo.

Both of which are excellent.

When I first played the demo I though the L4D2 demo was crap, but
realized my left analog stick was malfunctioning .

What are you going to play first ?

Me I'm doing campaign on Veteran then maybe spec ops , then MP.

Or maybe a little of all 3.

I'm glad many games are delayed until 2010 , I don't think I can
handle much more than what's already scheduled to come out this year.

I'll jump right into Deathmatch. Probably won't even watch the opening
cinematics or anything. :)
