I'm new to the xbox360. Just purchased the one with wifi built in. When I
try to log into my Windows Live account I get the message "This Windows Live
ID is associates with a different gamertag. Enter another Windows Live ID
and password". I don't understand this as the info I enter is exactly the ID
info I used on my PC. I only have one email address available so I cannot
create a new ID.

Go make a temporary yahoo or gmail account. It's free to sign up. Then
create a new Windows Live account using the newly created email account.
Create a new Windows Live ID and see if that solves you're problem.
