Yeah really, it's like that guy doesn't mind getting ripped off but
when others do, he laughs. What a quality piece of a human being....
really sympathetic.

You asked if anyone has heard anything, that's the answer. You were
taken. You have to be fishy of a guy who wants money on a specific date,
no exceptions, and he doesn't even have the product yet. I just
understand why you'd buy something from a dealer who doesn't even have the
product. What if he ran into customs problems? You'd be screwed then
too.
Steve
I don't remember laughing. It's not my fault if people get taken by an
obvious scam.
Steve
The original question was if anyone had heard anything about the product, John Bull III or Vivid Barrier. It was not "can someone
please entertain me with their pseudo-intellectual wit". The day someone asks that question, please feel free to speak up.
Who do you trust more, national chain stores or some guy selling bootleg
hardware on the net? Nuff said.
Steve
i actually called John Bull ]I['s dad last night... he said he doesnt
know where his son is, and that hes going to get to the bottom of
this.. the thing is that Vivid Barrier actually had MANY satisfied
customers while they were selling the Professor SF 2's and yes, i did
trust some one a little too much, and in the process lost $300... but,
its was just money.. and i really didnt need someone like you stating
the obvious, just so you could feel superior about not being taken in
by this "obvious" scam... well, you may not have been taken by this,
but everyone gets taken advantage of sometime..

Regardless of anything, NO ONE deserves to have that done to them. So
you can't say that getting ripped off is getting what we deserve. I
worked hard to give John Bull(shit) 3 the money for the Jr.

------That is what I am saying. Someone asks a simple question like me
and it turns into something really stupid. All I asked in the
beggining was "does anyone have any info" and I don't even really get
that question answered.
If it was so obvious why were people asking about it? I don't 'feel
superior' for not being taken by the scam, I really don't care either way
what he did with everyone's money. It's cheaper to order straight thru
the manufacturer than it is to have ordered from him, and the same risks
are involved. Less when you think about it, the manufacturer won't rip
you off.
Steve
I didn't say anyone deserves to get ripped off. Good arguing tactics,
fabricate things which I didn't say and then base your post on them.
Steve
Everyone is just saying that the people that got ripped off don't need
you to tell them that they got ripped off. It'll only make things
worse if you stick your nose where it doesn't belong.
How does it not belong there when people ASKED about the situation. They
invited any input ppl had. He's moved addresses and left no forwarding
address. They've been taken, wut more can I say, wut more did they
expect? They asked, I answered.
steve
Thanks,Ben
They asked for info, not your stupid ass remarks! Look dumbass, what do
you think people post on newsgroups for? To get advice and information,
not to be belittled. You'd be pissed off if you were in his shoes too so
have some freakin consideration. And leave the smart remarks at the
door.
Tien
Give it up Steve, accept the fact that the posting was meant as a sarcastic
remark even though your reply was correct, and stop replying back to
everybodys response as doing so only enforces peoples thoughts of you. It
seems that all the people who have responded to your original response
interpretes it as a smart aleck remark, as do I. I'm just stating my
thoughts on what I have read and I wasn't taken.

My thoughts exactly. I wish people would just answer the damn question
rather than giving impertainant, usless commentary. That is why the
internet is not what it used to be---too many lame people and con
artists. The internet, like this country, used to be a nice place to
visit.
I was one of the people who ordered from Vivid Barrier and I myself
want answers. But I don't feel like posting messages in here since
people like to give usless comments or say something that is
inconclusive.
I would also like to say that I have dealt with John Bull in the past and
haven't had any problem. I believe he was turned into the police by a rival
console seller. (really sucks!)

So me posting the fact that he left that address and left no forwarding
address, that isn't information? What would you classify that as then?
