Question about a label variation.

Just picked up a copy of Zelda - Majora's Mask for the N64 at a thrift.
($2.99)

Already have a copy, but this had one of those prismatic shifting labels
(changes the picture slightly if you tilt it sideways)

This is the first of this label type that I'd seen. Is it a bit rarer than
the normal label?
