Hi folks,

Some of you might know about the 2D release of Rubik's Cube for Atari 2600
(this game is rated 8 out of 10 rarity levels).

Did you know that Atari also did a pseudo-3D version with cheat and solve
options ?
This version never reached the market and only one prorotype is known to
exist.
I decided to make a limited collector release for this game (250 numbered
copies).

More infos can be found on my site here:
http://www.pong-story.com/2600/rubikscube3D.htm

I'm selling specimen #009 out of 250.
This is the LOWEST serial proposed so far and serial #010 recently sold for
$125 on ebay.
This is your ONLY chance to own one of the first 10 copies.
You can also order a normal copy for $50 at AtariAge, but you'll get a
serial over 150.

Good luck !

The seller is David, and the high bidder is Marco. What a shock. ;)
Incidentally I don't care what serial # mine is (somewhere in the 30's
or 40's I think) you couldn't get me to part with it for all of the
tea in China. I endured the flight from hell back from Philly and was
sick for three days all for the glory of bringing my own copy home. :>

Serial 010 sold for $125 some time ago, so I guess there's an interest in
low serials. I personally like early ones. For example, I have Vecmania
#0001 and Vectopia #0002. Also have Vaboom/Vectrace #04 and SCSISide #03.
None for sale obviously. I know that lots of people think my Rubik's Cube 3D
is too high priced at $50, but you guys need to understand that I have to
pay royalties to Seven Towns Ltd., afford all the stuff and services,
expensive shipping in both directions of all spare parts for assembling the
carts, etc etc. And there's the original prototype to pay for. I might
consider lowering the price, but that will surely not happen before the
first 100 are sold out. I'll think about this, no kidding !

David.
