GEOFFALITY
Oh yeah I just confirmed Liu's 3rd Pongality!! :)
>Oh yeah on Toasty
>He says Toasty and Whoopsie
Okay, that's zero for two ... :)
>i saw them both PRINTED on mkII v1.0
Where? If I take your side for a moment, and say that there is both Toasty
and "Whoopsie," the latter never appears in any text ...
>How do you do Raiden's babality?
>it's wriiten as D D U HK but I always transport.
Hold BLOCK throughout the whole thing.

I don't know about this one, but...

...this makes him at least one for two. I just subscribed to this newsgroup,
so I thought I'd go ahead and jump in. When uppercuts are performed at ideal
times, a little guy (a bitmap of one of the programmers, although I can't
recall which one) comes out of the side of the screen and says whoopsie.
Toastie, to the best of my knowledge, is shown at the top of the screen when
(this is my little group's best guess as to the cause) Scorpion repeats his
flaming skull fatality AFTER the opponent has been, well, toasted. If I am
talking about the wrong thing, please forgive. Like I said, I didn't read
all the back-articles.
The word "Toasty" appears randomly after doing Scorpion's fatality, unless
you use the 2.1 any-range fatality which ALWAYS gives you the "Toasty."
Many people (myself included) say that the voice Dan "TOASTY" Forden says
is "Toasty." There is absolutely no evidence for Whoopsie since 1.1. If
you can get something from the Upper Echelon of MK II indicating that he's
NOT saying Toasty, you'll have a case. Until then, all the evidence says ...
FEEL THE POWER OF ... TOASTY!
(When you fight Noob Saibot and lose, does this also appear on the screen?
Or does it just say it? And why aren't people advocating it's "Feel the
power of Whoopsie?")

It just says it but not on the Screen!
Ya see I think that ed and the Dev bunch thought that Whoopsie kinka sounds
dumb for a "GUY" but a TOASTY GUY now thats something....

Speaking of what these guys are saying...I would love to be able
to "kiai" in my martial arts class like these guys...especially
Raiden,

Wouldn't it be cool to shout your moves out, as you're doing them, in
step-sparring?
"Round kick!" "Blade hand!" "Punch to the nose!" ;-)
