I own four standup arcade games. Not all are currently working, but
that's not important right now. I own a Space Invaders, Asteroids,
Tron, and Steel Gunner. I am wiring up my game room now and I need to
know if anyone knows how much current these games require. My plans
are to run all four on one 20 amp circuit, but I am not sure if the
games require more than 5 amps each.

I think you can run all 4 on a 20amp without any problems. Not much
different than running 4 tv's.
