Sega GT drive board error

Just bought a Sega GT double set up, got the master running but the
slave is coming up with a drive board error. Underneath the panel by
the pedals there is a board showing "error 20". Any chance that
someone out there can shed some light on what the problem might be?
And if the board is shot...where I might be able to get another?
