I am looking for Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Dedicated Arcade! I also am
in desperate need for all of the parts! I have the PCB, but nothing
else! Do I need a sound card? Please bear with my stupidity, for I am
new to this hobby!

Hi.
Here is a link that will give you a good amount of info on the parts
needed:

With the Ultimate MK3 board, the sound is built in to the main PCB so
there is not a separate sound board needed.
