Check the usual suspects, power supply voltage (5V at the board),
interconnect cables and sockets, reseat socketed chips, keep a
particular eye out for changes on the screen as you poke and prod areas
of the board.

Movement isn't necessary, there is movement from the thermal expansion
and contraction of components, oxidation and dust from the air, and
aging of components from time and use. Sometimes things just wear out.

That is true the room temp does change constantly where all of my
games are at, Well it looks like I will be ripping that apart tonight
good times.

Thanks

More so than that, the components themselves heat in operation and cool
when shut off. The temperature within the cabinet can easily rise 30F or
more above ambient when in operation and some components operate even
hotter.

Sucks I reseated all the roms cleand all eht leads with rubbing
alcohol moved the voltage ever so slightly 5v and that also did
nothing, Weird thing is that the first threes screens display perfect
and this issus only starts when game is in play so I am thinking it is
a ROM issue somewhere, Now I guess I need to replace both the PCM and
the display board.

If anyone is selling them cheap and in working order please let me
know.

Pick up a can of freeze spray, or some air duster held upside down, then
once the problem starts, start giving various chips a quick shot of
spray and see if anything changes on the screen. It could be bad ROMs,
but it could just as easily be in the circuitry that interfaces to them.

Really compressed air upside down spraying the each rom may fix it or
will it just let me know that maybe that roms is bad?

"Air" duster is really hydroflourocarbon refrigerant, and when you hold
the can upside down it comes out as a liquid which will freeze parts. It
won't provide a longterm fix but if something in the behavior changes
then you know there's an issue with that part.

I just purchased a new video board from quarter arcade.com should
recieve it tomorow so I am hoping that will correct my issue here,
Seem's like the couple of people I spoke to on this issue they all
directed this with being a problem witht he video board and not so
much the cpu board, I guess we will see.
