I just got off the phone with the autioneer's wife (Lynn) She said
they ARE having an Arcade auction the weekend BEFORE Thanksgiving in
Newton IA. They will be sending cards out soon. She didn't know
about the website, but it looks like Yahoo owns Geocities and may have
closed Geocites all together? Dunno.

Could someone post the information on here so that those of us getting
into arcades have a chance to go?

This is all we know at this time. I will post all the details when I
get a card in the mail. Unfortunately that will probably be one week
before the auction. These guys REALLY suck at advertising.
Most auction companies want people to go to thier auctions, so they

I called Lynn today since I didn't get a card yet, and she said they
are still looking for a place to have it.
And now they are thinking the weekend after Thanksgiving (Dec. 5th)
So, I wouldn't hold my breath - I guess I'll be taking my stuff to
Kansas City!

Correction... I spoke with Tom today & he said that the Newton, IA
location fell through. He's now shooting for Saturday, Nov 28th, but
is still trying to secure a location. Details to come.
