I think you jumped the gun on this one. The auction ended on September
21st, You mailed the money order on Sep 22nd. Figure the money order
would take 3-5 days to arrive.

Figure another couple days for the guy to cash the M.O. and send your
item out and at least another 3-5 days to arrive.

You should have emailed the seller and worked it out with him. There
was not much negative feedback on this guy to warrant thinking you got
ripped off.

Chances are you will receive the items in the next couple of days.

it there Sept 26th. Seller puts it in the mail the 27th and three days
return trip puts it at your mailbox Sept 30th. You gave him a neg Oct

gun! LOL

I might see it if dreamcade was a business and didn't immediately
return your emails, but most people have a life outside this hobby.

ship when they get the opportunity to do so within a reasonable amount of
time. Most of us don't have UPS in our back yard just waiting for money
orders to come in.. many folks ship once a week and most are not companies
with shipping departments.. they're just regular people selling junk just
like you. How close or how far someone is has no bearing whatsoever. You
got impatient and clearly jumped the gun and are a very very poor buyer

That is really a problem with ebay. I mean, if a buyer is getting
screwed over, it should be apparent. The procedure, process and
technique of feedback is 100% flawed. Providing retaliatory feedback
is just not right. IMHO the whole feedback system needs to be
overhauled with an impartial committee. Not direct feedback from the
user. It's just all too transparent that 'if you shit on me, I shit
on you' thus negating the purpose of feedback entirely.

Like Art said...the only thing good to come out of this is you getting
everyone to agree on a subject. I think that is a first and you should
be proud of that. Now take it one step further and agree to mutually

Paying is not what people are worried about....it is your quick to
judge that is scary. True story - middle of Sept. I sold a WoW cpo,
received payment and sent it out through USPS the next day (9/19). The
buyer emailed me late last week wondering where it was. I emailed back
and said it must have been lost would refund if he did not receive it
this week....he got it yesterday. It took over 2 weeks to deliver.
Who knows why but sometimes things happen. That is why you might of

The *right* thing to do would be to allow a decent amount of time to pass,
not act like a 3 year old. Don't jump to idiotic conclusions so fast and
start running someone through the mud at every opportunity when you are so
out of line.. in a couple weeks if you still have nothing then you have a
case, but right now you simply don't. Personally, if I were him at this
point i'd tell you to shove off and kiss my ass. You've already done every

You can't undo a negative feedback on eBay (at least not easily).

I rarely bother to follow up on when something was shipped unless it's
been several weeks. I know that sometimes real life steps in and
throws a couple of day delay in getting things out - it happens to me
all of the time - I end up driving around with a trunk load of boxes
for days until I can make the trip to the post office/UPS/etc.

8 days is nothing you dumbass. make it 6 max considering ups doesn't
deliver on weekends. Add to it that ground shipping guarantees only 5
business days delivery and you've given the guy a whopping 24 hours to get
it in the mail. You suck and trust me if you come anywhere near one of my
auctions you'll be blocked.. and in case the one working brain cel you do
seem to have kicks in and triggers a spasm of common sense you'll realize

What makes you think the MO was cashed rather than deposited? I dont cash
MOs I just dump them in my checking account, including the postal ones
Since my wife runs my deposits to the bank for me while she is out, having
the MO deposited is no indication the seller was anywhere near the post
office to ship
In addition, I for one give a money order 15 days to clear, just like a
check - I had one stopped on me and learned a good lesson from that. The
guy that stopped it musta been related to you - he mailed it on the first of
the month, I got it on the 5th and depositied on the 6th and per my bank it
was stopped on the 7th

No dimwit - many banks will NOT cash postal MOs even though they accept them
for deposit. They consider them out of state items and will not pay cash
against them.

I just read this post - eBay rules are VEHMENT about posting the actual
contact info of a seller in public, even if you did not use the eBay contact
system to obtain that information. If the contact info comes into your
hands because of an ebya transaction, such as a seller telling you where to
send payment, eBay feels they have the right to attempt to restrict the
posting. I dont agree with it, but it will be interesting to see what they
do now that I have reported the situation.

I am sorry that you are frustrated. And I understand the points
you are making. But you made two huge mistakes here: 1) Posting his
contact information publicly, and 2) Giving negative feedback after
such a short amount of time. I hope you are able to resolve this
transaction quickly, for your sake and for the sake of the seller.
For future reference, keep in mind that nothing this seller has done
is out of the ordinary, and if something like this happens again it is
