Hiya.
Look thru groups.google.com for this fuckstick. Enter his name in the
search box. He ripped lots of ppl.
ooops.
but i give everyone a chance. sorry i never saw the posts sooner. i
used to check group daily, but life is falling apart here, and i don't
have time.
besides, i need money and i don't care where it comes from. i am living
off pizza pops. lol.
i had no problems, but i sold to him, i don't buy much due to myself
being ripped off.
better fix this up jesse. it will kill sales quick.
Steven
I hope so too for your sake. He screwed a friend of mine over by
taking his money for a Cine XY monitor. Strung him along for months
saying he shipped it, then it got returned, then it was broken until
he finally told the guy he was screwing him over and wouldn't give his
money back. Oh well...I hope Mr. Bonifeces is on the level and you
guys get your stuff but I'd be extremely skeptical about it.

Any Lawyers in this group? How about some advice.

There have been numerous reports on this subject. All someone had to do
was search Google. If you did not do that shame on you. If you did do
that and went ahead with a deal, then oh fucking well.

You'll find most of us are good to deal with, but there are always
some bad apples in the bunch.
IANAL, but, having spoken to a few, along with a few postmasters:
You can't file mail fraud charges against anyone unless they SOLICIT
your money/payment through the US mail. It doesn't matter if you send
your eBay payment through registered mail, have their signature on the
check, and a letter from them saying "Ha Ha, I got your money and am
screwing you over.", you still can't file mail fraud charges.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly wish you could...

I arranged a trade with "fantasia" (fant...@noln.com) for a Crazy

Sent out the marquees that were to be traded - and received nothing.
He wont even answer my emails.
What a joke.
