I just got this upright Ms. Pacman Arcade machine that has been sitting in a warehouse for probably about 15 years. I plugged it in and all I got was a hum sound and a few beeps nothing else. I cleaned and checked the fuses they seem fine. Does anybody have any ideas what it might be or most common problem ?

You need to download the manual and start checking the power supply for the correct voltages with a meter.

As you are getting a sound of some sort, then the interlock switches and
power switch appear to all be ON.

The most common failure on these games were the four fuse holders in a
group at the bottom of the cabinet. We ALWAYS replace those first.

After that we start troubleshooting - glow from the picture tube, logic
board plug (is the board/connector/both looking over heated) and so on...

Do some online searching for 'dead ms pacman video game' to get some
ideas where to go from here. This has been a VERY common problem over
the past few decades..........

What is the voltage supposed to read from the transformer through the 4 fuses ? And how do I know if my monitor is bad ?
