Police Trainer 2 uses a PC type power supply, so you would need to
disconnect the current power supply; other than that it should be
easy. Both use Jamma pinouts and Happ style guns.
Do you have a Police Trainer 2 boardset? I have one but the drive is
bad, I have been looking for a CHD of that drive image for a while
now.
