Revolution X Sound Board issues and Recoil problems

So I just picked up 2 Revolution X machines - both in various degree's of functionality.
I basically parted one out to make a 95% working machine (Gun Recoil doesnt function)
and the second one now I need to either sell as a project machine - or dump about $200 into it to get it working..
Here are the MAIN issues with the unit:
Sound Board blows the fuse the moment I add power to it. I have killed 3 fuses since going through the schematics and seeing it was missing the fuse to begin with. Any ideas on what could be causing the board to keep blowing the fuse, what to look for, what to fix?
- If not - anyone have a working sound board to sell me?
Second Issue: Gun Recoil.
1 out of 4 guns will recoil - if I switch the other guns into Player 2 spot - the guns recoil -- so either I have an issue with the wiring to the other 3 guns, or I have a gun control board issue.. I am going to replace all 4 fuses on the board and see if anything changes - I would say it was the salinoid issue with the guns -- IF they didnt work when plugged into player 2 position.. so again thoughts?
Otherwise I would offer the machine up for sale for what I have into it right now plus a little for my time for what I have already done to it.
$300 for the machine
$24 for the header holder, bulb, start buttons
$25 new header
$12 for new ballast
$39 labor
$400 for anyone that picks it up
Current issues with the machine:
Monitor needs a new cap kit the colors are off and the monitor is very dim
Player 1 gun needs a new potometer, possibly horizontal and vertical gears, and spacer holders
Sound board blows fuses when power is added
Hit me up with either support for the above issues - or if you are interested in taking the machine as is off my hands. Machine is located in Poinciana, FL (just south of Kississimee)

Rev X condition is now Just needing a Monitor rejuv. Sound board is in repair right now, and the parts for the guns are coming in this week so that I can repair it.
Header has been completely rebuilt, CPO buttons replaced, fuses all changed.
$550 invested at this point for repairs - asking $550 or equal trade.
CPO looks great, all new header gfx, bulbs.. fuses, switches. Feel free to message me for photos of machine - must be picked up in Poinciana
