Must be 20 or so years that this cab is back being used as a Quantum. This
past weekend, the power block, ARII, Harness, Amplifone(with rebuilt blue
boards), Marquee and CP was put into this cab and switched on. There is
still more to do but it fired up with no issues. I have NEVER played Quantum
but I am looking forward to my first game in a few weeks.

I have the following people to thank in the restoration:

Tim Sczerby (restored the CP)
Mark Spaeth (tech info & advice)
Jon Rabus (CPO)
Bob Roberts (parts)
Joe Magiera (Marquee)
Ed Wilson (Op who supplied the Cabinet)

plus one in advance for the possibility of the front artwork:

And to think: I spotted one of these cabs back in the late 80's or
early 90's with Rastan in it, but had never heard of Quantum at the
time and didn't realize that's what it was. I SHOULD HAVE TRIED TO BUY
THAT SUCKER!!

Awesome Roy, congrats on bringing this back from the dead! It's nice
to see so many others lent a helping hand too, very cool. Did you
ever end up swapping boards?

Nice work. Another true classic saved. It's a nice
feeling seeing a game that was totally converted/destroyed
brought back.
