Tech Help: Punisher PCB Issues, & Distorted Sound In Jamma Cabinet.

third one that I got from the same seller. It comes on, and seems to
play okay, but there's some minor flickering lines in the game, and
the music loops every few seconds, which isn't supposed to happen. The
two other Punisher boards had the exact same looping music problem,
and do any of you know why this is the case? The Punisher boards were
the overseas versions, but I don't think that should be a problem at
all. I was told by the seller to adjust the power supply anywhere
between 5.0-5.2 volts, and I tried it at 5.0, 5.1, and 5.2 volts on
the P.S., but neither of them changed anything with the PCB, as it
still had the same problem. Is it possible that the overseas version
of this game somehow isn't compatable with my Jamma cabinet, or should
I possibly try raising the voltage? If so, than what voltage should I
try it at? I was told it worked perfectly when tested out, and if I
should try raising the voltage on the power supply.
On a related note, my machine is still suffering from distorted/
scratchy sound, and I really need to get this issue fixed, as playing
the games with the crappy sound isn't pleasant at all. I just got my
speaker replaced, and while it did help a little bit, the sound still
sounds bad, so that obviously didn't completely cure the problem, and
this happens with EVERY GAME that I use in my Jamma cabinet. I'm also
planning on replacing my power supply, and getting a sound amplifier
of some sorts, and will those things help? I'm also going to try to
unplug my marquee light, and see if that somehow fixes anything, and I
should probably get my power supply replaced, since I sometimes have
trouble with getting some PCB's to work.
Anyhow, any help of anykind will be appreciated sweetly, and I hope
somebody here can tell me how to get the Punisher board working, and
how to get rid of the distorted/scratchy sound issues that my machine
