I am gathering information from all those scammed by Eric Katz
of West Bloomfield Michigan. I am preparing a case in the event
I need to pursue legal action against this man. In my situation, Eric
claimed to have a SuperGT in flawless condition for $5,995 that he bought
brand new and had in his home since day one. What I got was a
filthy, dented, scratched unit that does not work and had been in
many arcades. I have learned that this guy buys beatup machines
as cheap as possible and stores them in a storage facility in
Farmington Hills MI. He then advertises these machines on Ebay,
the Newsgroups, and other places under several aliases as "in
mint condition that he purchased brand new for his home". He sends
you scanned pictures of brand new machines, then ships you
a beatup machine that doesn't work once he cashes your money order.
If you have been a victim, please Email me. If you have any information
on this man like the company he works for, please let me know.
I am compiling as much information as possible so that when
I take him to court, the authorities can locate him.

Thanks
Thomas Nezwek

Sorry , but thats a lot of money to just do a money order for. I would
have looked into the escrow that ebay offers. Good luck in hunting him
down.

Check with the government - this could be a Federal case. (Across state
lines ) Could be heavier penalties.
