Alone in the Dark HELP!!!

Hi,
ok ok ok , I need help with AITD, it probably been posted before
but I need help bad.
Ok I have made it in to the tunnels and its that maze piece in
the dark where you can only see a circle of light given off by
your lamp...!
What on earth do you do...

OK, this was a real pain. You need to follow the right side of the
maze when you enter it:

Now there is a more direct route, but its just too hard to follow by
describing it over news. The "O" is for you to figure out, but when you
see it you'll know what it is. The "." is just a stone looking door
that I never did anything with (couldn't open it). One hint for you is that
you will need something to interface with "O" that I believe you have retrieved
at this point.
