Any updates on Alone in the Dark 2 or 3 for 3DO?

I know Part 2 of Alone in the Dark is close to finished (3DO version
of course). As far as Part 3, I haven't heard any anouncements yet. I
just came across some screen shots of "Alone 2" in the latest Japanese
3DO magazine under "Coming Soon to the USA" section. :)

Alone in the Dark 2 will be comming but AITD 3 will not so buy that one
for the PC.

Issue 3 of the UK 3DO Magazine lists both AITD 2 & 3 for 1996, though I think that
2 will be out sooner than that.

The reason I posted that Interplay will bring out AITD 2 but not three is
because the Interplay rep on and AOL chat about a week ago told us that
Interplay is not doing 3 for the 3DO or other system at this time. They
will do 2 but not 3. Who knows what is said at the WCES of 96 but I would
think that if you really want AITD 3 go ahead and ge tthe computer version
instead of hoping for a possible 3DO version.
I do respect the UK 3DO Magazine but not all release dates in magazines
should be trusted. The industry just changes to quickly.
