Looks like a hex editor job to me :)

On reflection that post reads a little rudely. My apologies. I didn't
see the laser screen shot, just 2 characters swapped.
What I should have asked was since it sold for 200euros what do people
make of it? Any further provenance? or explanation of the laser?

I'll find out when I receive the cartridge... at least I can shift
that onto credit rather than pay immediate cash unlike some other
videogame items I've just purchased (my bank account hates me!)...
