I'm pretty sure it was Bob Eubanks, but my boyfriend insists that it
was Chuck Woolery. Does anyone know for sure?

getting mixed up with Chuck Woolery when he was the first host of Wheel of
Fortune (until Pat Sajak took his place and Chuck went to Love

Is Chuck Woolery really Bob Eubanks? Nobody knows for sure...
What we do know for sure is that the original host of the Newlywed Game
was a guy who called himself Bob Eubanks. And the attempt at reviving it
was hosted by Paul Rodriguez, who no one would mistake for Chuck Woolery.

You are correct. Bob Eubanks hosted the Newlywed Game during its original
run, and the New Newlywed Game during the 1980's comeback. Chuck Woolery is
the host of Love Connection and Scrabble.
Now the big question is who was the host of The Dating Game?

Aha... lots of people have come up with Jim Lange, but can we forget the
two hosts of the revival. First came Elaine Joyce, who didn't last long,
then for the rest of the run... Jeff MacGregor.
BTW, when I was on the show (Bachelor #3), I personally found Jeff
MacGregor to be a bit of a putz.
