Had Julia Childs not passed away five years ago, she might have
approved of the new food blog called The Green Apron, subtitled
"Cooking (and Drinking) with Alcohol". Cameron Loggans, who
apparently will eat or drink anything related to alcohol, has
already posted recipes for tiramisu (coffee liqueur), ratatouille
(red wine), mushroom medley (Sauvignon Blanc), and salsa verde
(tequila). I'm a teetotaler, so you'll have to judge the results for
yourself. http://blog.foodservicewarehouse.com/cooking-with-alcohol
(I have absolutely no affiliation with the site or author).

[If you can't tell a Green Apron from a Quiz Quilt, make sure you
check out the rules at http://triviawhys.com/QuizQuiltRules.html]

FRINGE is in the third column reading downward, and I believe it
refers in this context to a fringe or apron of grass on a lawn.

Answers:

YYZ for Toronto Pearson International Airport -- Erland Sommarskog got it.
YTZ for Toronto City Centre Airport -- Stephen Perry knew the name.
Porter Airlines <http://www.flyporter.com>. Since YTZ has only a short
runway, they use STOL airplanes -- the Bombardier Q400 turboprop.
