Yes, you can duplicate it. Of course, you end up with a very weak
Zombie.

Arwen can only use her D.I. bonus for Aragorn II. A manifestation
is not the same as the named card.

The current CRF is version 15. The one posted to the list is the
same as the one posted on my web page with the indicators for new
items corrected.

I do not expect another CRF to be published before the North
American Championships. I expect you'll use CRF 15.

There has been a lot of discussion about this. To sum up, non-haven
sites are supposed to be placed in your discard pile once they
leave play tapped. Havens are never discarded. Therefore, non-haven
sites are eligible to be picked by the random selection of Aware of
Their Ways. Non-Haven Sites are unique in that you may only have
one of each in your site deck, but they are not 'unique' in that
they have the keyword 'unique.' My ruling is that since they are
indeed unique without having the keyword, then they cannot be
removed by 'Aware of Their Ways.' As always, my rulings indicate
how I would rule on the card based upon the current rules and CRF.
There is no requirement for any play group to play this way.
Rulings are provided as a free service to make playing Middle-
Earth: CCG more consistent and hopefully more enjoyable.
