You may opt to be on it if you like by letting me
know. If you want to be on both, tell me.

Before you send bids for the first time, you must read the material at
the bottom of this report; it's on both halves. I will need the bids to
be sent in the prescribed format, as well as you complete name and
mailing address for the creation of a file for you. I will not accept
bids without them. Mine heads this message.

An all commons list is now available. There are about 30,000 cards
listed for sale, most at 5 cents. You may ask me to sort it in any way
you wish. Your request for the list will have it sent to you as soon
as I am able to get it made. It will be made fresh upon each request.
I have all commons for TP, SH and WL. It's web page can be seen at:

Additionally, a list of (mostly) uncommons is also available; there are
fewer cards, but they can be had for between 5 and 20 cents each. These
cards are for sale at the listed prices and you do not need to enter the
auction process to obtain them. You may ask me for the list or point
your browser to:

I'm eager to add the cards that you want to see to the auction. If you
send me a short (15 - 20 lines) want list with any additional criteria
(i.e. "only M/NM spells" or "anything in EX condition or better" or "all
M/NM AN spells"), I'll return to you a list of the spells on the queue
which meet your criteria. If you like the minimum bid required on any of
those listed and return those names to me, I'll add them to the auction on
the next day there is space for them; you'll hold the bid on the spells and
the cards will enter in day 1.

You can scan down the list first, but please read it before emailing me,

1 All orders must be paid by Money Order (unless you are on the Best
traders list) before shipping. This is chiefly to save me bookkeeping
time. If you must pay by personal check, shipping of your order will be
delayed a week unless you are on the best traders list. Though
potentially unsafe, cash seems also to work. A US Postal MO costs 85
cents.

1.B Shipping of Domestic orders (any size) will cost $3.60;
international orders $5.00. Each domestic order will be shipped
certified with return receipt in a padded envelope; intrn'l orders by
Global Priority. Please do not send a self addressed stamped envelope.
I will no longer ship in them. Domestic shipments to folk on the Best
traders list need only enclose $1.00 for shipping. These will not be
certified.

1.C If you have dealt with me before and/or have checked my refs, you
may write me a waiver of shipping responsibility. Then, I will ship all
future orders to you for $1.00. To do this, type "waiver" as the
subject line of an email and tell me that you will not hold me
responsible if your package is not delivered and that you are confident
I will treat you fairly. Include only this information in this email. If
you do this, I will ship exactly the same way as I would otherwise but I

what is now approaching 1000 shipments, not one has been lost.
2 These cards are being offered in a cash only auction*. When bidding,
please send refs who can verrify you will send your payment promptly if
you win the bid. If we have traded or you are on the besttraders list,
this is not necessary. Please also copy the entire line of the card(s)
you are bidding on to the email you send me. Please do not copy back to
me the entire list just the card(s) you want.

3 These cards are not mine, so I am unable to trade with them. It is
cash only*. You may see my name next to a card as top bidder; if so,
it's because I am bidding on that card; remember I don't own all of
them.

*3b If you have cards from my want list, I have established values which
I will offer for them. The values are at the web site. You may then
use this credit as soon as the card is received by me in any way you
wish on the auction.

4 If you win a bid and wish to verrify the bidders you were bidding
against, I shall be happy to pass you the email addresses of those
bidders.

5 Bids standing unchallenged for 3 days win. Days when a report is not
mailed do not count. Updates will be as often as every day, no less
often than every other day.

5b A note about min bid increases. No bid increase will be accepted for
less than $0.05. Each bid increase must be a minimum of 5% of the
current bid when it has been rounded to the nearest dollar. You may
list your cards and tell me to "raise all these from the level listed by
5 percent" or even "by 5% plus a nickle'; whatever you please. If
you've copied the entire line from the report, I will treat you fairly.
It will save you some time.

*6 As soon as a card is sold, it will be replaced on the list of 100+
cards immediately. You must pay for your cards within a week of my
holding it for you or it will be returned to the auction. This is true
even if you are bidding on cards continuously. In that case, the bids
you win must be paid for no less often than every week. You may pay
ahead; I will report your credit every week.

An option which may interest you is for you to pay the cards every
week, but ship at less frequent intervals. Thus, your personal checks
will be acceptable. You will also save on shipping as the shipping cost
is the same for 1 card or 10,000. In turn, I will save time and still be
able to pay the cards' owners in a timely way.

!!! Cards must be paid at weekly intervals please. !!!

In return, here is what you may expect from me: I will treat you
fairly, with respect and in a professional manner. I will ship when I
tell you I will (after you ask me to) and your cards will come in the
stated condition. In over 600 shipments, not one has been lost; neither
has a single payment.

7 Card condition descriptions are here. Please read this before bidding.

CARD CONDITION SCALE

M/NM cards are Perfect. No wear or whitening. This card will look
like it just came from the pack. It may have a nick or small scratch or
two, but they will not be immediately evident It will not be pressed or
creased. It looks as though it has never been played.

EX (or Very Fine) shows only a small amt of play use. May show a
small amt of whitening on the some of the dark edges and/or graying on
some of the white edges. It will not be pressed or creased. Ask about a
particular card you'd like to know more about the condition of before
trading if you wish. I'll answer honestly.

VG (or Fine) show slight overall wear. It will show whitening on all
it's dark edges and some dingying of the white edges but there will be
no noticable wear on the majority of the surface. The varnish may not be
as shiny as on a new card. It will not be pressed or creased. Ask about
a particular card you'd like to know more about the condition of before
trading if you wish. I'll answer honestly.

GD show overall wear on both faces. Ther is significant greying on WB
edges and/or whitening on BB edges. No folds, tears or frayed edges. May
have a slight crease or pressure mark not immediately evident, evident
only on only one side and only under light directed from an obtuse
angle. Ask about a particular card you'd like to know more about the
condition of before trading if you wish. I'll answer honestly.

PR is a card in poor condition. It is not tourny legal in clear
backed protectors or bare. These cards may be for fun play and their
conceilment in a black-backed protector will make them legal if WotC has
any wits about them. :-)
