Greetings! I have taken over this list for Winston Chang. I will
be doing one post a week with updated lists. If you have problems with a
person PLEASE PLEASE let me know; and send along any proof you have to
back up your claim.
This list is compiled from complaints about traders that I receive from
the general public.

If you are sending a complaint, please include an explanation as to what
type of offense the person commited.
If anyone knows of any other listings such as this one, I would
like to be informed so I can integrate it within this listing.
Sorry, but I won't add folks to this list that decide not to send
money after they agree to buy something. I know that it's annoying
and incredibly rude, but this list would probably be about fifteen
times bigger than it currently is and I can't keep up with that many
complaints.
I will soon update this list to show the type of complaint (very slow,
rip off, etc.)

your credit card, then never sends the cards. And refuses to refund your
credit card company. So far two people have filled charges against her
for credit card fraud.)
Just this week I have gotten 20 more complaints against this so called
woman! Please please, if you have lost money go and file mail fraud charges.

He ran a auction a year ago this December. NO ONE ever recieved there
cards or recieved a refund on the checks. He clamied to be very ill and
not able to send the cards out. But I will point out he was well enough
to go to the bank and cash the checks!

from him. He sent in his money to him and has not heard from him since. I
have e-mail this person with a warning. And have also directed the buyer
how to file mail fraud charges. Please if anyone else in his auctions has

I would like to stress that there are things that can be done if a person
rips you off! You can file mail fraud charges with the postal service,
which the fine for this is $20,000 and 5 years in prison for each charge.
And if it was charged to a credit card, then you can file charges with
the credit card company. If they are in school, you can email either the
'postmaster' or the 'root' of the system they are on, or even go to the Dean
of the school. And least of all, if they are still living at home, there's
nothing like talking to a parent! We need to make sure that another person
doesn't every get ripped off! Thank you for your time!
