I picked up the "Call of the Kor" deck as part of my Arena renewal this
period, and have played it, and like it a lot. In fact, I've played it
against other people's tourney decks, with about a 50/50 split. The
focus is on the damage-redirection ability of the en-Kor, and it has a
bunch of protection-from-X and regenerating critters for you to dump
your excess damage onto.
In general, I'd say Wizards is doing a pretty good job with these
pre-constructed decks. And I see two -really- good points about them:
1) For novices who want to make the jump into a focused, tourney-ready
deck, these decks provide them with the right critters, the right
spells, and the right mana mix to be at least viable.
2) You know -exactly- what's going to be in the decks, so if you're
looking for specific cards and don't want to a) buy tons of boosters
and pray or b) pay book value, you can buy a pre-constructed deck
with the proper cards. I mean, $10 bucks for that green/white
swarm Tempest deck with 2 Overrun, 1 Aluren, 1 Recycle, Pincher
Beetles, Muscle Slivers ... heck, that's a pretty spiffy deal.
In general, I like them, and I'll continue to buy at least one per
expansion.

Oh, and never mind the fact that buying a pre-constructed Stronghold
deck meant I got to see the cards a whole week before they were released
for general sale. ;)
I bought "the swarm" (or was that Tempest? I guess I don't think I
know.)
Anyways, it sucks. I bought "the Spikes", and theyr'r cool. tune up with
green slivers and worldly tutors, and it's a lotta fun.

There are four stronghold preconstructed decks:
-The Sparkler: A blue and red counterburn deck that combines buyback direct
damage with counterspells.
-The Spikes: A green and red spike deck.
-Call of the Kor: A white and black deck that introduces the en-Kor race
with its damage redirection abilities
-Migraine: A mono-black deck that features an array of fast creatures
coupled with discard combinations to gain card advantage.

I won the stinkin En-Kor deck at a tournament. It sucks pretty badly as
is. It says that it's supposed to swarm early but there are something like
12 creatures with casting cost 4+. It also features a lot of double black
and double white spells. Not the greatest with only plains and swamps. I'm
sure that the deck could perform better if you add in some good cards but
right out of the box, it's a piece of crap. (Unless of course you compare
it to other pre-constructed decks (which all suck) , maybe then the
en-kors are cool...)

Personally, I think the Migraine is th ebest of the pre-constructed. Not
because it's a good deck, but because it has the best set of rares and
uncommons. Portcullis, Ensaring Bridge, Bottomless Pit, Megrim. Mindwarper
isn't too bad either and there are some nice shadow creatures.
