Thanks for your time :)
<<Can the lifeloss of Phyrexian Processor be avoided or reverted one way
or another with maybe Reverse Damage, Urza's Armor (that's to put 1/1
tokens, but lots into play) or a rune or does the damage occur anyway ?>>
When it says "pay any amount of life", it means "voluntarily lose any amount of
life". That means that you flat-out lose the life, no prevention or redirection
possible. Reverse Damage prevents the damage, I believe. Yes, I'm pretty sure
that it wouldn't work. Urza's armor prevents damage, and therefore doesn't
work. Same reason for CoPs and Runes.
<<Can it then be redirected with Pariah or Simulacrum ?>>
No.
<<If using a CoP or Rune, can you put a 0/0 token into play and trigger a
Soul Net ?>>
I don't see why you'd need the Rune/CoP, but yes you could. That tactic works
well with Grave Pact as well.
<<All in all what's the best way to use it ?>>
There is no 'best way' to use it; I don't recommend using it as a sacrifice
factory, as you could use Breeding Pit to much better use and no life cost.
However, you do NOT have to use black in your deck to use the Processor, it
just creates black creatures. That can be helpful if people are Terroring or
Slaughtering all your creatures. Also, it's a little less expensive than the
Hive or Volrath's Laboratory. if you play a green/black (possibly white/black)
life deck with it and Hatred and suchlike, that'd be the way I'd use it.
Possibly with some heavy green mana and some Voltaic Keys to use it some more,
and Hanna's Custody so they don't Disenchant it.
No. Loss of life, or payment of life can never be prevented or redirected in
any way, shape, or form. It's like having five one dollar bills. If you pay
for somethingyou can't prevent the exchange; if you lose a dollar, you couldn't
have prevented that, either.

I don't tell people what they can and can't do because I want to win; I tell
them in order to help them become better players. So if they beat me on level
ground, then I know I've done my job. That's what Magic should be all about.

Um...yeah, but four mana for one life is just way too blooming slow (and why on
earth would you want to use a CoP for?)

In conjunction with Angelic Chorus. Pay six life, then make a 6/6 black token
and gain six life when it comes into play. Untap it somehow, then make another
6/6 token, gain six more life.
