I havn't been playing magic for around 4-5 years now, bur recently I've
picked it up again.
This is probably a "noob" question, but I'd really like if somebody could
help me:
Does these 3 cards really work together as I think they do (Draw alot of
cards with Necropotence, then set them aside and gain alot of life in the
next round with the Tower, because your discardfase is overruled by Library
of Leng)
I mean... it's nearly too good to be true :-)

It doesn't work because you havn't got a discardfase, and thus won't be able
to get any cards from necropotence, Am I right?
If so, is it possibly to use Spellbook instead (You have got no maximum
handsize)?

Actually Library of Lang has bean changed to say "you have no maximum hand
size"
since there is no "Discard Phase" anymore (it is taken care of in cleanup
now iirc). Btw Necro now says "At the end of your turn, put that card
into your hand" instead of on your discard .
So the Necro/Ivory Tower/Library of Lang combo works quite well.

Well, it's been long enough that you've missed that there's no "discard
phase" any more. But Library of Leng now says you have no maximum hand
size, so you don't have to discard after getting the cards from Necropotence
in your end-of-turn step in End phase, correct.
[Note that if you DO have to discard for some reason, Necropotence's "if
you would discard, remove it from the game instead" overrules LoL's "if you
would discard, you may discard it but send it here instead of to the
graveyard"...]
And, unlike the situation right when it came out, there's a fairly great
amount of ways extant these days to get rid of an annoying 1-c.m.c. artifact...

The exact errata on either card is "you have no maximum hand size", plus
there is no discard phase anymore. It's now the End Phase which compromises
of the End Of Turn step and Cleanup step (where you would discard cards down
to 7 normally). So in a way, the cleanup step kind of goes away with
Spellbook or Library of Leng.
