Hi !

Are there any cards that allow you to bring (all) land cards from a
graveyard to play (tapped or untapped)?

A rare from Urza's Saga:

Planar Birth
1W
Sorcery
Return all basic land cards from all graveyards to play under their
owners' control, tapped.

Note that it only works on basic lands.

Now, is there a (mana-cheap) way I can untap all those lands on that same
turn?

There's Early Harvest:

Early Harvest

Target player untaps all basic lands he or she controls.

I don't see that much others.

You could avoid the mess in the first place with Sacred Ground, most recently
found in 7th edition:

Sacred Ground
1W
Enchantment
Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls puts a land into your
graveyard from play, return that land to play.

Search for lands with, say, Elfhame Sanctuaries, sac them to the Assault,
then Planar Birth when there's enough in the graveyard, and play the
finishing spell.

I made a casual deck like that once, it was quite fun and fairly good.

If your lands are all forests you could try Llanowar Druid.
Or make all the lands creatures somehow and use Vitalize.
