Or use the Urza Land combo for a lot of mana.
Unfortunately I don't think so since the candelabra is a mono artifact,
and they can only be activated once per turn. You could untap maze of ith
with one of the mana, and a few other lands.
Mana flares work great with it and I mean Greeeaaat. Imagine 1 mountain
with 4 mana flares in play and a gauntlet of might. Using the candelabra
and the mountain you can gain 11 mana!!!

The candelabra is a mono artifact so you can only use it once. Plus it says
_separate_ lands. However, you could twiddle/ley druid/etc. a maze of ith.

This combination does very well. I played against someone who pulled out sol
ring, two mana vaults, two basalt monoliths, a candelabra, and a mana flare
(on different turns, of course). He then (later in the game) tapped all his
lands, used the candelabra, twiddled it, used it again, fireballed me and
forked it for 72 points of damage.

you can also use the candelabera with something like mana flare to really
get a ton of mana going. tap one land to untap 2, effectively
doubles your mana. Add to something like that uzra's lands, and
you will be spitting 60 point fireballs by turn 10 if you also use
ley druids, instill energy etc...
could use the candelabera with a mishra's to let it give itself a +1+1,
and then untap to tap and attack.
could also use it with power surge to untap your opponents lands.
could use it ina stasis deck to convert the mana from lanowar elf to
untap an island.
quite a useful artifact! Probably nastiest with uzra's lands, but
not bad in multicolor decks either, when you need more than one of a given
color mana.

And the card says:
"Mono Artifact. X: Untap X Separate Lands."
Since it is a mono artifact, you must tap it for it to work. Therefore,
you could tap one land and the CoT and untap the Maze to take out two
creatures (more if you had Twiddles). This is one of the strategies for
the CoT. Another is with Mana Flares in play to multiply your mana (again
works really well with Twiddles). With Urza Triplets, you can also
multiply your mana rather dramatically. It is useful in multi color decks
when you need more than one of a color to cast something (1 Plains, 4
Islands & a CoT can cast a Serra). Another fun strategy works with Power
Surge. Use the CoT to untap your opponent's lands just prior to their
turn and if they do not have anything to do with the mana, they take the
damage from the Power Surge. Cot and a Diamond Valley with multiple
Seasingers allows you to gain lots of life from your opponent's creatures
(if they have islands, if not use a Phantasmal Terrain to give them one).
CoT also works well with Mishra's Factories, as you can multiply pump a
factory. Finally, CoT and the storage lands from FE allow you to put the
counter on and then use the mana on the land (really only works well if
you can get more than one mana from the land, either through other
counters or Mana Flares).

With a Power Surge in play, use the Candelabra of Tawnos at the end of
your turn to tap all your own land and use all that mana to untap as
many of your opponent's lands as possible. This can end a game *very*
quickly.
A strategy I thought was all my own until I re-read the official rulings
and found it mentioned there...

Tap all your lands, tap all the vaults & artifact mana, use the candelabra
to untap all your lands, tap all the lands again, Hurkyl's Recall, play all
your moxen, all your vaults, the sol ring, and the Candelabra, untap all
your lands, tap all your vaults, moxen, sol ring, and all your lands.
If you should have ANOTHER Hurkyl's Recall... well... do it all again.
Fireball them for 20 x 1 point, and laugh at their CoP:Red.

It's all about using Mishra's factory workers with the candelabra. I have
seen a person make a 9/9 factory worker using four mishra's and the
candelabra. It is pretty nasty.

The best use of Candelabra that I've found is as a mana-producer, when used in
conjunction with Mana Flare(s) and/or Urza's Mine/Tower/Power Plant. For tapping
one land, you can untap multiple lands. e.g. with a set of Urza's in play, tap all
three [seven mana], put three of that into the Candelabra to untap all three, and
then tap them again [total - eleven mana], ready for that bit of extra power in
the Fireball or whatever.
Now - Maze of Ith & Candelabra: I'm sorry, but to use the Maze of Ith six times,
you would need to use the Candelabra five times. Since it taps to activate,
you would need some way of untapping it before using it again. Hence in answer
to your query - no, it's not a legal move.
Hope this helps,
Ali.
For lands, I had two Mana Flares out, a few mountains, a few islands, and
two Volcanic Islands.
I had a Candelabra, Black Vise, and a Copy Artifact on the Candelabra. I
tapped all my lands, Drain Powered my opponent, used about 2/3 of it to
untap all my lands AND my opponent's lands, Drain Powered him again,
Braingeysered myself for 4 cards (at the time I really didn't care what I
got...), Recalled both Drain Powers and the Braingeyser, untapped all lands
again, Hurkyl's Recalled (one of the cards I drew) myself, recast the Vise,
Candelabra, and Copy (again of Candelabra), repeated the untapping and
Drain Powering and retapping, and finally got over 300 mana in my pool. I
could have Fireballed him to death, but I decided to Braingeyser him for
all his library and Fireball his Wisp for 275+, so I could see him die
from Vise damage. Then I changed my mind again, and Boomeranged my vise,
so he'd die from drawing out. Couldn't have done it without the Candelabra.
Get out a few Mana Flares and use the candelabra to doule/triple
your mana. (Good for a blast deck)

I didn't see the original letter, so I may be repeating someone . . .
A Powersurge works well. Use your mana to untap all of their lands.
