an instant, and this will do it.

Yep... card text to the contrary there is no limit to how often you
can declare a faste effect. This includes delcareing the effect in
response to the opponent responding to you using the effect the first
time... Just hpoe he has fewer Giant Growths to throw ion the fire
than you can "flame up" to overcome. :)
