Pumping up the BIG MOTHER Shivan Dragon

[Assassin]

I attack with my Shivan Dragon, my opponent blocks with his Lord of
the Shit (Pit). I want to kill his Lord of the Shit so I pump my Shivan to
7/5. Then he cast Giant Growth on his Lord of the Shit. Can I pump up my
Shivy up again so that my Shivy is 10/5 and kill his Lord of the Shit?

Yes. The fast effect step has not finished yet so you may still use fast
effects.

Indeedly doodley! You can pump a pumpable creature whenever you can play
an instant, and this will do it.

Yep... card text to the contrary there is no limit to how often you
can declare a faste effect. This includes delcareing the effect in
response to the opponent responding to you using the effect the first
time... Just hpoe he has fewer Giant Growths to throw ion the fire
than you can "flame up" to overcome. :)
