Q: Winter Orb

Question:

Does Revised Winter Orb affect only one target player or does it affect all
players? The old version, I know, said "players" on it, but the new one
speaks in the singular. So how should I go about playing the Revised version?

And one other thing:

What other cards, besides Shatterstorm (if any) destroy all artifacts in play?
(esp. Green or White cards if possible)

If it said target player it would mean only the target player, but
as it is it's talking to everybody. When your untap phase comes along it
kind of jumps up at you and says "You can only untap one land at the
moment!", and then ignores you until your next untap phase.

None that I know of, mind you if you're playing green/white you
could use Titania's Song and Wrath of God. Ok. So it's overkill, but it
works.

It is all players. If you are A Player during your untap phase, then the
card applies to you.

All artifacts -- only Shatterstorm (unless you count Nevinyrral's Disk)

Some artifacts: Divine Offering, Disenchant, Crumble, Shatter, Scavenging
