Read the card. CoP: White prevents damage to YOU. Wrath of God does not
damage you or your creatures. Wrath of God destroys all creatures and
doesn't let them regenerate.
Your creatures cannot be saved by a CoP: White.

Big NO to that <g>. Circle of Protection: White ONLY protects the player.
It does nothing for creatures in play.

Circle of Protection is an enchantment that can protect **you** against
**damage**... it can't protect **your creatures** against **destruction**,
which is what you'd need against Wrath of God. So no, it can't help at all.
If you mean Protection from White- the creature ability- that can't help
either. Protection helps against 4 things, and 4 things only:
Can't be Damaged by white things.
(Wrath of God just destroys them, it doesn't try to deal them any damage.)
Can't be Enchanted by white enchantments.
Can't be Blocked by white creatures.
Can't be Targetted by white spells.
(Some players don't realise that It's possible to affect something without
targetting
it. Wrath of God doesn't target anything, because the card doesn't
actually use the
word 'target'. Therefore this protection can't help against it.)

Um: No.
Circle of Protection doesn't say _anything_ that could possibly lead you
to think this was possible: it says you can use its ability to prevent
_damage_ that would be dealt to -you-.
Wrath of God isn't dealing damage, in any way; it also isn't affecting _you_
at all - it's destroying your -creatures-. Thus, the Circle can't do anything
that can stop this, in any way. (The "protection from white" ability can't
either, since Wrath of God isn't _damaging_, enchanting, blocking, or
-targetting- the creatures it's destroying...)
