No.
As a mana source it is paid for, cast, resolved (mana added to pool), and
placed into the graveyard, *at the same time*.
That last part about the graveyard is what will get you.

If what you are really asking is
Does mana burn up at end of turn?
Yes, and at the end of any phase. Beginning and end of attacks too.

Any unused mana would. If you have something that costs BB and you tap a
swamp to use a dark ritual, you would get 1 mana burn (if thats all you
did)
