Yes, Ice Age is Type II legal. Alliances will become
Type II legal on July 14.

Alliances should already be legal. IIRC, Alliances was released to
distributors on June 11th. The 30-day grace period should have ended
Thursday.

Type II legal sets are those which are "currently widely
available" as defined by DC...
Right now that is:
Fallen Empires
Ice Age (so yes to 1/2 your specific Q)
Chronicles
Homelands
Alliances (upon the 30 day grace - July 14th)

The date that is gone by is not the date it is released to the
distributers but the date it is officially released to the
public, which was June 14. Water under the bridge anyhow;
whichever one of us is right, Alliances is certainly Type II
legal now.
